Through assessment, learners will be given credit to learning and/or experience which has already been acquired in different ways, formal education and training; formal and informal on the job training; self-study; experience and in-house education and training; where the existing competencies meet the standards required.

Emergence Learning Academy assists learners to complete their Portfolio of Evidence by conducting an orientation session with the objective of informing learners of what evidence will be needed and is conducted on a modular basis.
