    6. Records Held by The Company

    The Company holds records in the following categories:

    • Company records (registration, MOI, statutory records)
    • Financial records (accounts, tax records)
    • Employee records (contracts, payroll, HR files)
    • Customer records
    • Supplier records
    • Operational records
    • IT and system records

    7. Request Procedure

    To request access to records:

    • Complete the prescribed PAIA request form
    • Submit to the Information Officer
    • Provide sufficient detail to identify the record
    • Indicate the right you seek to exercise

    8. Fees

    • Request fee may apply (as prescribed)
    • Additional fees may apply for access and reproduction
    • Fees are regulated by PAIA regulations

    9. Grounds For Refusal

    Access may be refused where:

    • Personal privacy is protected
    • Confidential commercial information exists
    • Legal privilege applies
    • Security risks are identified

    10. Remedies

    If a request is denied:

    • The requester may apply to a court for relief

    In terms of POPIA, Personal Information is processed in line with the Company’s Privacy Notice.
