Review of Contracts of Employment

Emergence Human Capital will review the contracts in question ensuring that they meet statutory requirements.

The following approach is recommended:

  • Review of current employment contracts in terms of statutory compliance, and market practice
  • Identify any ‘gaps’ regarding standard statutory requirements
  • Highlight the impact of any harmonisation issues in terms of standardisation and statutory compliance
  • New contracts to be agreed in line with the above

We have recently completed a similar exercise for another client in the same geographies and have standard employment contracts on file.
