Reward Certification

These Reward Certifications are internationally recognised through our partnership with the Institute for HR Management Education (iHRME) and they are accredited with The South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
The CCM is geared toward the fundamentals of Reward Management (Reward Analyst/Specialist), whilst the CGCP is geared toward advanced Reward Management (Reward Manager/Exec level).

The HR Management System Standards are needed to set a national and international benchmark of good practice and a consistent way of managing HR functions and people in organisations. Nat Dip: in Human Resource Management

We are accredited to provide the National Diploma in Human Resource Management. This qualification is linked to the South African National Unit Standard: 61592 and holds 249 credits at NQF Level 5 and is aligned to the South African Human Resources Standards.

Leadership Faculty

Recognition of Prior Learning provides an opportunity for professionals to identify their areas of prior learning and experience, which is assessed and formally acknowledged in the form of credits towards a qualification or certification.
